BROACHES
We design and produce on CNC machines all the main types of broaches, up to 150 mm diameter, Involute, Serrations and Special Profiles. The excellent performance of our broaches is guaranteed by our CNC machines controlled by a proprietary software. We use only steel provided by certificated suppliers, and coated from select partners.
GAUGES
Spline gauges provide a quick method of inspecting involute splines, serration splines and straight sided splines. They are used for checking major and minor diameter, profile accuracy and indexing accuracy and measurement between pins of spline components. They also check maximum and minimum range of spline thickness in straight splined components.
